HUH HUH! are ya?

Heh, isn't he just a little cutie... here are some pictures from the night before when we were visited by grandparents and great grandparents :)

Hailey, Landyn and Tammy went to the fair earlier today, lots of pictures at the fair! The Dixie Classic fair is in town this week and I'm sure that lots of you will be visiting if you haven't already. I think from the pictures that everyone was at the fair today, Tammy's parents, brother and wife (plus Olivia), even her cousin and their little ones were there. Unfortunately, I had to work but no worries, if all goes as planned we'll be going back this Friday. Landyn has some doctor's visits that day and we'll have some time to kill inbetween those visits. Plus, if all works out my Mom will be joining us too!

17lbs 10oz.

Yes... you read that right! "Peanut" is now 17lbs and 10oz!!

We had to take Hailey to the doctor yesterday because she was running a fever at school. The doctor gave Hailey a breathing treatment and some steroids for her hacking cough and wheezing, plus she gave us plenty of Rx to help her kick this "cold" or whatever it is. While we were there, Tammy had one of the nurses weigh Landyn just for kicks... when she came back in the room and told me how much he weighed I was like WOW! hehe... He's a bigg'un that's for sure. He'll be 4 months old next week and almost weighs as much as his 1 year old cousin! All I can say is wow! Thankfully he is growing length wise as well, so he's not really all that 'fat'. Just big! heh. Bowling later tonight, I'll post how we do, FLIP!

Good news... Bad news...

So today I have good news and bad news. Good news is that we sold our Bravada :) Yay! With the help of Tammy's Dad we sold it earlier today.

Bad news... today when Tammy gets home she says wanna hear some crazy stuff, I was, of course, like... sure?! She then precedes to tell me that Landyn's babysitter can't watch him anymore... sigh. I was like what the hell? She seems to think she has bitten off more than she can chew and doesn't want him to suffer from her not being able to provide the attention he needs. Man we have some bad luck sometimes. Hopefully though, we have someone that can take her place.

Just fooling around with new camcorder!

New Camcoder..

Hey all! Today, with the help of my sissy, I purchased a very nice camcorder. It's a HDD camcorder, which means it doesn't have a tape or mini-dvd, but rather a hard drive like a computer. It has a 20GB hard drive which allows you to record 4.5 hours of high quality dvd video, or you can drop the quality some and get a whopping 25 hours of record time. Below is a sample clip that I took of Mr. Peanut himself! Another nice thing about this new camcorder is it records in mpeg2 format (which is dvd standard) and all you do is hook it up to the USB and copy the clips right off of the unit. Then you use your favorite dvd creation software to make your very own dvd. I think I'm gonna try the dvd maker software that comes included in Vista. I used the movie maker software to convert the video to a more compressed format so I could upload the clip to YouTube.

CarMax...

Today I went to Carmax to have my '98 Bravada appraised. Well after about an hour after getting there the fella that was helping me brought me the paper work to show what they would offer me for the vehicle. I knew that they would only give me the wholesale price, but holy sh*t! They only offered me $1200 for it! So yeah I think I'll try and sell it myself thanks guys, I guess they figure suckers will take anything? Jeez...

Been slow news these past few days... I'll see if I can't scrounge up some good stuff :) FLIP!

Yesterday...

Yesterday we went to Tammy's Mom and Dad's to visit and have some excellent lunch! Tammy's brother and our niece was there as well (Wayne and Olivia). "Peanut" got to sit with MawMaw and let Dakota sniff him :) Olivia got changed after we ate to do a little swimming. It won't be long and the pool will be shut down, that's probably the last time since the weather is changing and the hot temperatures are on their way out! Ahh, and let me not forgot to link to the pictures! :) Flip!

Thursday...

Oh I am so, so bad... I forgot to mention how I did bowling this past Thursday! Excellent for someone who hasn't bowled in like 5 months. My first game was 200ish, which is great! and my total series was 600ish. I am bad for not remembering the exact score but it was like 605 total series I think :) Also, we won 4! Woot! It's always good to not only bowl good but also have the team come together and bowl pretty darn good too :) I've got more to post later... FLIP!

Today "Peanut" and I were playing and I had him in his little play chair. Well, boy was I suprised when I started playing Pea Pie with him that he threw back his head and cackled and cackled! I've heard him laugh once before when we were playing Patty Cake! but it was nothing compared to how he was laughing today :)

Yesterday Mom "Grammy" came by to visit the "Peanut" and I. We had a good 'ol time talking it up and catching up :) and as always Landyn entertained us!

Now later that evening Tammy was playing with Landyn having a grand time, he was sitting up like a BIG boy and (with the help of Mommy) making some funny faces :)

Bowling time tonight! It will be my first time back bowling since last season (which was like 4 months ago). Missed last week (opps!), I thought we started this Thursday, hehe. All for now FLIP!

"Peanut, Birthday and Pictures, Oh My!"

<- that is just adorable, I swear he knows just when to smile :) Let's see... what's been going down, work of course, "Peanut"- he's always happening, Birthday party...

Today was one of Tammy's cousin's birthday, (hmm... am I using proper punctuation there?) Madi. She turns 1 year old and unfortunately I missed out. They had her party in the afternoon and I had to work. Oh well... such is the life of retail work. Hailey, Landyn and Tammy were able to go, and Tammy captured some good photos of the event.

Afterwards, when we were all at home Hailey and Papa Grape (Great Grandpa) went for a ride on his golfcart. Not to be outdone by big Sis, Landyn had to get in on some of that action as well. As you can see in the picture he had a grand time "driving" the cart :) Short update, so I'll catch ya on the FLIP!
