opps..

sorry it's been a few days since an update... So I have a little, mkay maybe a lot to share :) Let's see, we had a cookout at my Uncle Donnie and Aunt Marilyn's house this weekend, link to pictures. Have some pictures of "Peanut" and his new little Gloworm, awwww! Few pictures of Landyn and Grandma Grape (Great Grandmother). Plus here are some pictures from today of Landyn!

Today we went and had family pictures made at the Wally World, I think the pictures should turn out pretty good, unfortunately Mr. Landyn wasn't wanting to cooperate for some reason. But that's the life of a baby no? :) If possible I'll upload pics when we get them back.

In other news, my photo lab has been down since Thursday morning due to printer problems. Basically the printer wasn't wanting to heat the chemicals in one of the tanks properly. Finally I had a technician come out today and fix it, it seems that one of the relay switches on a computer board that controls the heater to that tank was burnt out. I'm just glad we are back up and running, I hate to turn people away because of slow ass response from my technical support. What can you do though when your at the mercy of the technician??

Work!?

Oh boy... I hate it, but back to work I go tomorrow. It's been a pretty good vacation, spent with the kids. I was able to spend some good Dada time with Landyn :) I'm sure Hailey will be glad to get back to her routine, heh. With someone in her mental and physical situation you unfortunately have to be stern and strict, but she's a great daughter and has a heart of gold :) Love ya bunches Hailey!

So back to the old grind again... I say that but it's really not that bad. I like what I do and it's a fun job! (most times) Flip!

Internets...

Woo hoo! Finally, finally received my replacement dsl modem today! I'm back and I've got a little catching up to do. As I posted before we went to my Uncle Gary and Aunt Carol's house this Sunday to have a nice family cook out! Well here are the pictures that I promised.

Today we took a little small trip and visited Mom (Tammy) at work, she got to show her "Peanut" off to some of her coworkers. Aunt Jill was there too! Afterwards I took the gang to see my Mom "Grammy", we visited and everyone held the baby and listened to Hailey talk about her books and the pictures that we were looking at. Let me tell ya, those were some old pictures :) We perused some old family photo albums and compared me, my sis and brother to Landyn from our baby pictures. You can definitely see the resemblance, heh. Of course I took some pictures but not many because my battery was dying (ack), sometimes I forget to charge the thing because the battery lasts forever!

Oh and in the pictures of my Uncle's place, there are some of Landyn and his first tastes of bananas! Also, here are a few of just him, we love snapping pictures if you couldn't tell :) Laters, flip!

Forking Internets!!!

Sometimes I really, really hate the internets! Usually this is when I am having problems with my connection. I get home Friday and have no connection... sigh, of course I start vacation Saturday and this is what I get! So I call up Embarq (was Sprint) and they run me through some tests and we come up with my dsl modem has just crapped out on me, not a big issue, just have to wait for them to get me a new one... hopefully they overnight and I get back online Monday :) We had some serious storms roll through while I was at work so I guess that's what caused all of the fuss (shrug). Anywho... today I spent some time with my Mom's side of the family. My Uncle Gary invited us all over for a family cookout and we had a great time showing off "Peanut" and snapping lots of pictures. Plus we gabbed alot and got caught up with what all is happening with each other. Fun, fun, and more fun :) I have oodles of picture and will upload them and post links as soon as I get my internets in order again. For the time being I'm relegated to using my cellphone as my modem to get connected and it's not bad but the latency can be high (which is just fancy for saying you click on something and it takes a second to pull it up) and as my brother said it's a helluva lot better than dial-up. Amen brother! All for now, gotta flip!

Here's a few pictures that I took today while Tammy and I were playing with Mr Peanut. This big boy loves to grin, baby talk and just all around get your attention :) He is such a blessing and I'm forever grateful that he's in our lives now!!

Just after these pictures were taken Tammy broke out in a rash and the Doctor's had told her to watch for that. So she rushed off to their office and thank goodness it was nothing serious just a reaction to the antibiotics that she was taking. Whew! Well all for now, flip!

WooHoo!!!

Tammy received a call from her Doctor's office earlier and they said that her blood count was a little low, but that they think she only had/has a viral infection. Thankfully, it was nothing serious and to make sure the Doctor wants to see Tammy again in 2 weeks.

We were playing with Landyn earlier and snapped some great pictures of him smiling and making some funny faces :) I'll post those a little later, Flip!

Sick! Yech!

My poor baby (my big baby Tammy, not my little baby Landyn) has been sick the past 2 days :( She's been to the doctor and we're waiting to hear back from the blood results to see if it's serious or just a flu bug. She's been feeling better today and not running a fever at the moment, which is always good. Keep her in your hearts and prayers and I'll post again as to how everything turns out. Flip!
